Farewell, Pittsburgh! I’ll miss you!

I’ve been on the Pittsburgh Moms Blog team for officially a year now! And unfortunately, now I have to say goodbye. My husband accepted a new job in Maryland, and we’ve officially moved almost six hours away from Pittsburgh. We’ll be back to visit a lot, since we both still have family in the area, but it’s still an adjustment being so far away.

For my last post, I wanted to thank a few people, and also leave you with a few of my favorite things west of the ‘burgh.

First, Meghan and Carri – you two are amazing! Thank you for taking a chance on a new mom, and allowing me to share my thoughts and test out some amazing products. I’m sure editing my posts was a full time job.

Fellow contributors, you ladies are inspirational. I thoroughly enjoy reading all your posts, and I can’t wait to cheer you all on here in Maryland. Thank you for being such amazing mama’s and for sharing your hearts with Pittsburgh.

My readers, thank for you following along in my journey and for liking my posts! I will hopefully get back into the swing of things soon and get my personal blog updated soon.

I’ve spent the majority of my life in Beaver County, and there are a few restaurants that I will always look forward to visiting when we come back to the area, and want to give a quick shout out to:

Oram’s Donuts in Beaver falls (get the cinnamon roll), Jerry’s Curb Service in Bridgewater (the steak and fries with Jerry’s sauce is my fave), Beaver Bagel Co. in Bridgewater (the caprese bagel is amazing), Eggs N’at in Moon (everything I’ve tried has been amazing), and El Paso in Chippewa (the best Mexican food).

This is bittersweet, as I’ve really enjoyed being part of the amazing PMB team. When there is another contributor call, I encourage you to take a chance and apply. This group of moms is wonderful!

Thank you again for following me on this adventure!
