Fresh, Homemade Guacamole Dip
A delicious dip that pairs well with chips and salsa, tacos or burritos. Also makes a great topping for burgers.

Ingredients
  1. 3 ripe avocados
  2. 3 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  3. 1/2 of a small red onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeds removed (use 1/2 pepper for less spice)
  5. 1/2 of a lemon for juice
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Crush avocado mixture with a potato masher until a uniform consistency forms.
  2. Squeeze in lemon juice to prevent browning of avocados.
  3. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Sarah Knight is a mother of five children, wife of her college sweetheart and companion to her numerous household pets, as well as a resident of the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She holds two degrees from Duquesne University: A Master's in English Literature and BS in Business Management. Growing up as an only child, Sarah has faced many challenges raising a large family.
